Anatta

With Anatta, painting opens to a condition of radical impermanence, in which the sign never stabilizes but continues to shift. Chlorophylls, water and natural pigments do not construct definitive forms, but energetic fields traversed by tensions and dissolutions. The image appears and disappears like a visual breath, escaping the grasp of the gaze. Here painting becomes the mirror of an identity that never crystallizes, capable of disintegrating and being reborn anew. The presences that emerge bear the quality of ephemeral apparitions: at times they resemble bodies, at times organic remains or visions, always suspended in a liminal zone where the human mingles with otherness.
