Ephemeral Entities

My missing part identified itself with humidity. (Franco Battiato) They appear on the paper as faint traces of memories, sensations that are no longer tangible and yet present, preserved by the human mind. The current series of works is the fruit of research based on the analysis of the conflict between the gesture governed by chance and the imperative of controlling and guiding the gesture with technique. Revealing the figures of a hidden world on paper which they now inhabit and giving them with a purity that only nature and its elements are able to generate.
